Magdalena Piasecka is the Founder and CEO of Law Art Science. She is a Polish Patent Attorney and a qualified representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in matters concerning trademarks and industrial designs.

An expert in IP transactions and technology commercialization, she advises on strategic projects involving licensing, technology transfer, and R&D collaborations across the biotech, AI, and energy sectors. She has extensive experience negotiating complex cross-border IP agreements and supporting businesses on high-value strategic transactions.

She works in Polish and English, and completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property and new technology law at the Jagiellonian University, as well as the CopyrightX programme at Harvard Law School.
