Magdalena Piasecka is the Founder and CEO of Law Art Science. She is a Polish Patent Attorney and a qualified representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in matters concerning trademarks and industrial designs.

She specializes in intellectual property licensing and transactional work, drawing on extensive in-house experience within international corporate environments, including advising leading Polish biotech companies and a global energy group on complex, high-value IP matters.

She works in Polish and English, and completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property and new technology law at the Jagiellonian University, as well as the CopyrightX programme at Harvard Law School.
