Marta Radelli specialises in trademark and design law. She combines prosecution practice with experience gained at EUIPO in contentious matters relating to trademarks and designs, which gives her a strong understanding of proceedings before the Office.
She also advises on intellectual property agreements and has in-house experience in Polish biotechnology companies, with a particular focus on IP contracts in the biotech sector.
She holds an LL.B. from the University of Essex and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London.
