Marta Radelli-Oleksy is an IP Counsel at Law Art Science, specialising in trademark and design law, IP agreements and intellectual property protection.
She has in-house IP experience within the Selvita Group, including Ryvu Therapeutics and Ardigen, where she worked on intellectual property matters in the biotechnology sector, including IP contracts and research-related agreements.
Her practice combines trademark and design prosecution with experience in contentious proceedings before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Marta advises on IP protection and contractual arrangements, bringing a practical understanding of the legal needs of technology-driven businesses.
She holds an LL.B. from the University of Essex and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
